Meta releases Muse assistant app for Mac computers

Meta has expanded its consumer artificial intelligence assistant, Muse, to macOS. Following its initial rollout on mobile devices and the web earlier this month, the desktop application allows the software to take actions directly inside native Mac programs.

On the desktop, Muse can interact with files, messages, calendars, notes, and mail within their native applications. Users maintain control over the software through opt-in permission settings.
