Grok Bot is a new system designed to act as an autonomous digital teammate. Rather than stopping at a text response or requiring complex workflow setups, these bots operate on their own cloud-based computers. They can sign into existing software tools, navigate web interfaces, and complete projects from start to finish without continuous human supervision.
Each bot operates in a dedicated cloud environment. This setup allows tasks to continue running even when the user is away from their device. Because the bots interact directly with software interfaces and websites, they can handle workflows on platforms that lack standard application programming interfaces — the underlying code that lets different software programs talk to each other. Users interact with the bots simply by sending messages on desktop or mobile devices, much like communicating with a human colleague.
Managing multiple teammates
Users can deploy multiple bots simultaneously to handle different responsibilities. A primary coordination bot can oversee specialized helpers managing tasks such as inbox organization, expense tracking, recruiting, and bug fixes. These bots can communicate directly with one another to share context, coordinate overlapping projects, and pass tasks back and forth without requiring the human user to act as an intermediary.
Learning workflows
To teach a bot a new process, users can demonstrate the steps directly. The system observes the actions, records the workflow as a routine, and applies any corrections provided by the user. Over time, the bots adapt to individual preferences, learn specific organizational voices, and take on more proactive responsibilities as they accumulate shared history.
Availability
Grok Bot is currently in beta and accessible to specific subscriber tiers. This includes SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, and SuperGrok Heavy plans, alongside Cursor Pro, Pro+, and Ultra tiers, as well as Cursor Teams Standard and Premium subscribers. The software is available on desktop and iOS devices, with a separate usage quota that does not draw from existing Grok or Cursor plan limits. Enterprise users can join a waitlist for future access.
