Grok 4.6 is now available in GitHub Copilot
Developers using GitHub Copilot can now select Grok 4.6 as a coding model inside VS Code and other environments. The model is also accessible through the developer console for external API usage.

Grok 4.6 is now live in GitHub Copilot for the millions of developers who work in VS Code and across GitHub every day. GitHub Copilot supports several products, including cloud agents, the Copilot CLI, and the VS Code IDE.
Getting started
To begin using the new model, developers can open the model picker and select Grok 4.6. Some businesses and enterprises will need to enable the model from their Copilot settings before it appears for their teams.
API pricing
In addition to its availability in developer tools, Grok 4.6 is accessible from the SpaceXAI console. The model is priced at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens for developers building custom applications.
