The platform

BREAF is an AI news, resources, and learning hub operated by Harsh Sharma. Free accounts read news, comment, and download free resources. Premium ("BREAF Premium") unlocks all resource downloads and early access.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and be 13+ years old.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, spam, or scraping.

Content

• Resources are licensed for personal use only — no redistribution, resale, or republishing.
• You retain ownership of comments you post; you grant us a license to display them.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or law.

Subscriptions

• Premium renews automatically via Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card).
• You receive a pre-debit notification 24h before each charge (RBI mandate).
• Cancel anytime from Profile → Settings; access continues to period end.
• Downloaded resources stay on your device after cancellation.

Founding Membership

• Founding Membership is a separate recurring subscription offered only while seats are available and the offer is open.
• Joining the waitlist creates no subscription, seat reservation, or entitlement.
• Included products, Premium materials, WhatsApp community access, and new gated downloads remain available only during a current paid Founding Membership period.
• Live sessions are scheduled according to member needs and may be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly; no fixed cadence is guaranteed.
• Files already downloaded to your device remain there after cancellation. New gated downloads require active access.
• WhatsApp community participation must remain respectful; spam, redistribution, harassment, or sharing another member’s contact details can result in removal.

Fair use

• Free tier: 10 downloads/hour, 50 bookmarks, 5 comments/minute.
• Bulk scraping or automated downloading terminates access.

Governing law
